You can rate the relevance (importance and agreement) of different
comments and select what types of comments you would like to view
and submit. You can also give your viewpoint, offer a solution,
ask a question, share a personal experience or simply have a rant.

- Work towards understanding different viewpoints.
- Aim to find common ground.
- Be open to enlarging your viewpoint. Be aware of your
assumptions.
- Search for the strengths and opportunities in other positions.
Don't just focus on the flaws or weaknesses.
- Submit your best thinking knowing that other people's
reflections will help improve it rather than destroy it.
- Be aware that many people have the pieces of an answer
that together can make a workable solution.
- To ensure the most useful comments are promoted, please
rate as many comments as possible. This avoids repetition.
- Try to make only one point per comment so that others
can easily rate it.
- Be as honest as you can and have fun!
